How can i get rid of this rash or whatever it is on my inner thighs!?

So, i went to six flags on monday and i went on this ride called the roaring rapids and it got me soaked. The next day i noticed how itchy i was on my inner thighs, at first i thought it was mosquito bites, but there's no way i could have been bit there since my jean shorts were covering me on that area of the skin. Do you guys think I got the rash from being irritated by the jean shorts and because they were wet? I'm a little worried? Will it eventually heal on its own?
