I hate my little sister?

I am 12 and she is 2 and she follows me around everywhere and always wants me to p[aly with her and hug her and kiss her, cuddle her, nap with her, etc, and my parents force me to alwaysa play with her and her toys, dolls, teddies, etc and well I have my own life to live! And I am sick of being around this little brat all day long. she's burdening me and I'm tired of it. should i talk to my parents about having her put up for adoption or should I just tell my sister I hate her and don't want to spend time with her anymore? sorry if that's harsh but I'm sick of taking to her, changing her diapers and everything else I have to do with her
