Mom wants our band to practice at my house even though we dont have the space?

My mom has really helped me develop my musical talent throughout the years. now i have a band, i have the equipment and my friend has the ideal garage for us to practice, but my mom doesnt want us to practice at their house all the time. she wants us to practice here too, even though we both know we dont have the space. and i dont want to have to haul my drum kit and sound system back and forth between locations on a regular basis. how can i convince my mom to let us practice at their house for good? and its not like im never going to have my friends over at my house again.
