Newest best veizon phone WITHOUT data requirement?

well i need to upgrade my phone, i have the lg env touch, a great phone, but many defects, and now its time for me to upgrade, so i have been looking around, and i noticd that all the great phones REQUIRE an unlimited data package which is another $20 a month (i already pay only $10 now for data) and as soon as i brought that up to my parents they quickly repled,"no" so i need to find the best phone, it needs a tuch screen and a real keyboard, not only a virtual one, i dont like those, thats it, but i found 1, the lg aly, but of course, like all great hones, it requires an unlimited data package, so theni see the lg cosmos touch, that one is pretty decent i think, so can you tell me what of that phoneyou think, and if there is a better phone then that which does NOT require unimited data pckg, it can have a choice like a $10 data package, but thats the most i can have, thanks for reading my novel (haha, funny) and please answer to the best of your ability, THANK YOU!!!! :]
