Tragus piercing, what to expect and stuff?

The actual piercing doesn't hurt very much at all, I'd say for me it was a 3. After the adrenaline wears off it'll probably be a little sore and hard to sleep on. As long as you clean it daily and don't touch it you should be fine, though! Also, watch out for "the bump" which is a hard bump on the piercing, but if you do get it, don't worry because it'll probably go away on its own. You can change it after about 3 months, depending on how it heals. As for cost, probably around $20 or $30 depending on where you go, and I'd say get it on the left, that's where mine is.
