Im on a US xbox live account in the Uk but still cant download UK item HELP ?

i am on an american xbox live account but im currently in the UK on a UK xbox, but for some reason when i go to buy the New Black ops map pack it says "this item isnt avaliable from you location" can anybody help me ? cause i was going to buy them with the us account because it has points and play on my uk account.
