Tinnitus Help And Question?!?!!?

does anyone with tinnitus feel that foods drive there tinnitus mad?? my tinnitus got great there for about a month and one sunny day i have a icecream and bang day after my nose and sinues were at me and then my tinnitus went mad its day 3 now and still roaring at me like and nose still sore like.. does dairy effect any one elses tinnitus?? thanks
